Privacy policy

Reposive collects personal information in a number of ways when you visit our site or use our service. For example, you provide us with personal information when you register for an account or contact us by email. Reposive automatically receives and records information from your browser, including your IP address and cookies. The personal information collected is used for billing, identification, authentication, service improvement, research, and contact.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from our servers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Reposive uses cookies to access information when you sign in, store your preferences, and to keep you logged in. You can configure your browser to accept or reject these cookies. No personally identifiable statistics are gathered using cookies nor will they be shared with any outside companies without your permission.

Information sharing

Reposive does not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties without your prior consent. We may, however, disclose personal information when we believe it violates our Service Agreement or is appropriate to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations to protect our or our users’ rights, as well as to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, and unlawful use of our site. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by the law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

Reposive does not have any special legislative requirements to cooperate with authorities. Therefore, Reposive does not make confidential information available to authorities or any other external entity without a court order.

In cooperation together with subcontractors Reposive will require the subcontractors to have similar and at least as comprehensive security policies as Reposive does. All confidential material will be stored in Reposive-managed servers and premises or by the Customer in Customer- managed servers and premises.

Client data and storage

Reposive ensures that all source code, files, and data that are stored in Reposive-managed servers and premises remain private and confidential. The Customer will ensure the security of the source code, files, and data that is stored in Customer-managed servers and premises. Due to the sensitive nature of source code we take this very seriously and make it our primary concern for all customers.

Although Reposive owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Reposive application, you retain all rights to your data. When you use the messaging or file upload features of Reposive, the data you submit is retained on the servers of our third-party service provider. Reposive does not access or use this data for any purpose other than for providing the service, but you should be aware that these files are not encrypted and they could be disclosed in legal proceedings or investigations.

Information security

Reposive restricts access to personal information to only authorized personnel, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our service. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Even though the software has automated tests for every feature, for any problems concerning payments or billing, a warning email is sent to our administrators to quickly track down all the possible concerns. All traffic is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) or other encrypted tunnels.

Disclosure

Reposive may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate Service Terms. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by any applicable law.

Changes

Reposive will notify customers by email about any significant changes in this policy. Most changes are likely to be minor and Reposive may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Reposive’s sole discretion.
